I' m Co-founder and CEO of MarbleArts a startup which makes marble a source of light. Excellent Project Manager, troubleshooter and decision maker.

I' m also an alternative and innovative thinker, with excellent adaptability and I learn new things and technologies really quick.

I have excellent developing and design skills, especially for Windows and Web apps. I am currently working at Intrasoft International as the main developer of 3 client products of the company, using Microsoft Visual C++. But I also lead the developing and implementation of the new Data Warehouse solution that Intrasoft provides for its New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) applications.

I have also strong interest to data analysis and big data, therefore I have been participated to online courses to develop this interest. I have a background on predictive models, machine learning, visualization, data cleanup etc.

Volunteering and Mentoring

I am a mentor at New York Academy of Sciences Global Stem Alliance program (GSA). The Global STEM Alliance accelerates STEM learning by identifying the world’s best STEM talent and creating a global network of promising students and noted scientists. The GSA will give rise to a new generation of STEM innovators ready to take on the world’s challenges. During the program period students connect with each other and interact with STEM professionals around the world, they will create and design solutions to the world’s greatest challenges and develop the critical STEM skills necessary for the future of both themselves and their countries.

Technical & Other Skills

Organizational and leading skills, as team leader and architect of Intrasoft’s Data Warehouse solution for NCTS. This project was under my responsibility in all its stages. I started it from zero point as a new member at Intrasoft. I was also a Project Manager, team coordinator and writer on various projects on Horizon 2020 with NTUA and especially with Professor Protonotarios, on my academic studies, also on the Egg competition for the Marble Arts idea.

Excellent communication, inspiration and motivation skills at various projects, as in Google’s Online Marketing Challenge, as CEO of MarbleArts and last but not least as coordinator and Project Manager of many consortia for HORIZON 2020 projects.

Excellent troubleshooter and decision maker with great performance under strict time situations. Currently at Intrasoft I do constantly troubleshooting for the applications under my responsibility. I am also an alternative and innovative thinker with solid experience of many technologies and software tools.

Google Online Marketing Challenge 2012

Project: Implemented an on-line campaign for Samos Summit 2012 with Google AdWords and Google AdWords Editor, supervisor Dr. Yannis Charalabidis. Our team ranked in the 70th to 89th percentile of teams globally.
Role: Campaign Administrator, Marketing Manager (SEO).

Cybertour Ltd

Project: Android “Driving School” application (2012) is an Android application based on HTML5, JQuery Mobile, SQL Lite, and Java that emulates examination tests for driving school exams.

“Efarmogiada” Mobile Application Contest

Project: SMS2SQL (2013) is an Android application (service) that sends SMSs based on a phone list stored in a SQL database and also stores received SMSs to a database. The final version of the system will interact with a web or local interface and implement personalized messages based on the sex, age, etc. in a more efficient way than a pure Android app. I also presented the app in an Android app contest with very good reviews. To develop the app I used Eclipse IDE and Microsoft SQL Server.
Role: Software Engineer.

Microsoft Imagine Cup 2010

Project: Designed a web application for collection of electronic devices with use of ASP.Net, C#, HTML, Dreamweaver CS4, Visual Studio 2010, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Expression Suite, supervisor Dr. Symeon Retalis.
Role: Software Engineer, Marketing Manager, Team Coordinator.
